Hired to manage the selection, implementation and commissioning of the SMSC (Short Message Service Center by Aldiscon) and the VMS (voicemail system by Comverse) equipment. Selection consisted of intensive research of various vendor offerings (i.e. Ericsson, Nortel, Summa, etc.). Implementation consisted of network design and installation of the SMSC and the voice mail platform.
